Our Town

Directed by Laura Schmit

“It’s like what one of those Middle West poets said: You’ve got to love life to have life, and you’ve got to have life to love life…It’s what they call a vicious circle.”

Stage Manager, Our Town.

Edward Albee described Our Town as the "greatest American play ever written" and yet it seems like a simple storytelling of the everyday lives of the inhabitants of Grover's Corner, New Hampshire.

Audiences will relate to the Webbs and Gibbs families and their children in this drama by Thornton Wilder.

Junie B. Jones is Not a Crook

Directed by Gaby Schmit

Something terrible happened to Junie B. Jones at school today! Someone stole her new furry mittens! So when Junie B. finds a wonderful pen of many colors, she should be allowed to keep it, right? Because finders keepers, losers weepers. And guess what? There's a new boy in kindergarten and he is the handsomest. The only thing is both Grace and Lucille want him to be their boyfriend. Maybe he will love Junie B. when he sees her wonderful pen! It is okay to keep it, right?
Junie B. Jones is not a crook . . . or is she? A hilarious and heartfelt tale based on the best-selling book series by Barbara Park.

“A WICKED Christmas Carol” brings Dickens’ classic story “A Christmas Carol” to the land of Oz and casts it with characters from L. Frank Baum’s “The Wonderful Wizard of Oz.” We see the Wicked Witch of the West, the ‘Wicked’ in “WICKED Christmas Carol,” in scenes reminiscent of Ebenezer Scrooge. She is indeed very wicked and her servants and subjects fear and hate her. But over the course of the play she is visited by a series of ghosts, recognizable from the Wizard of Oz including Scarecrow, Tinman, Lion, Dorothy and even Toto that show her the error of her ways. In the end she must decide whether to repent her wicked ways or wind up as a puddle on the floor. A delightful story that will entertain all ages!
